〜てすみません
〜てすみません means I'm sorry for doing. It is a JLPT N4 grammar point. This attaches to the te-form and is used to apologize for something you did. It is common for being late, making a mistake, or causing trouble for someone. A more formal version is 「〜て申し訳ありません」.
