〜てあげる
〜てあげる means to do something for someone. It is a JLPT N4 grammar point. This attaches to the te-form and means the speaker or subject does something for someone else. The person receiving the favor is often marked with 「に」. Be careful, because using it too directly toward a superior can sound patronizing.
Japanese sources describe it as 「人のためにしてあげる」.
