〜づらい
〜づらい means hard to do; painful to do. It is a JLPT N4 grammar point. This attaches to the masu-stem of a verb and shows that an action is hard or uncomfortable to do. It is similar to 「にくい」, but often sounds more connected to physical or emotional burden.
Japanese sources describe it as 「〜するのがつらい」.
