お/ご〜になる
お/ご〜になる means honorific form; do respectfully. It is a JLPT N4 grammar point. 「お/ご〜になる」 is an honorific form used to show respect for another person's action. The common pattern is 「お + masu-stem + になる」 or 「ご + Sino-Japanese noun + になる」. It is used for someone else's action, not your own.
Japanese sources describe it as 「尊敬語の形」.
