〜よ
〜よ means you know; I tell you (information/emphasis). It is a JLPT N5 grammar point. Sentence-final `よ` gives information the listener may not know or adds emphasis. It can make advice, notices, or recommendations sound clearer.
Japanese sources describe it as 「知らせる・強調する「よ」」.
