名詞で
名詞で means is/being ... and/so (connecting nouns). It is a JLPT N5 grammar point. After a noun, で can be the connecting form of だ/です, linking noun information to what follows. It looks the same as the で for place or means, so understand it from context.
Japanese sources describe it as 「名詞をつなぐ形」.
