〜のが上手
〜のが上手 means be good at doing. It is a JLPT N5 grammar point. Attach 「のが上手」 to the dictionary form of a verb to say someone is good at an action. It is often used to praise another person's ability, but it can also describe yourself.
Japanese sources describe it as 「することが上手」.
