な形容詞で
な形容詞で means and/so ... (connecting na-adjectives). It is a JLPT N5 grammar point. Use で after a na-adjective stem to connect it with another description. It links the first state naturally to what follows.
Japanese sources describe it as 「な形容詞をつなぐ形」.
