〜方 means way of doing. It is a JLPT N4 grammar point. This attaches to the masu-stem of a verb and means the way to do something. It is used as a noun, as in 「読み方」 or 「使い方」, and is common when asking about or explaining methods.
Japanese sources describe it as 「〜する方法」.
