〜と(条件)
〜と(条件) means when/if; once (natural result). It is a JLPT N4 grammar point. 「と」 is used when one event naturally leads to another. It is common for directions, machine operation, seasonal changes, and repeated results. The clause after it usually does not express a request or the speaker's will.
Japanese sources describe it as 「条件と自然な結果」.
