〜ませんかは「しませんか（丁寧な誘い）」という意味のJLPT N5の文法です。 動詞のます形を否定の質問にして、相手を丁寧に誘います。〜ましょうより、相手の気持ちをやわらかく聞く感じがあります。
英語では “would you like to; why don't we” にあたります。
