〜で一番〜は「〜の中でいちばん〜」という意味のJLPT N5の文法です。 範囲や場所のあとに「で」を付け、その中でいちばんそうだと言うときに使います。クラス、国、季節などの中で比べます。
英語では “the most ... in/among ...” にあたります。
