〜頃／ごろは「だいたいの時」という意味のJLPT N4の文法です。 正確ではない、だいたいの時間を言うときに使う。時間、日にち、季節などの後ろにつける。
英語では “around; about” にあたります。

七時ごろ起きます。
I get up around seven.
春ごろ桜が咲きます。
Cherry blossoms bloom around spring.
